CPJ – Easy Strain gage conditioning

Leader on load cell market, SCAIME presents a new range of strain gage amplifiers. The CPJ series has been especially designed to meet the requirements of measurements in industrial environments and to deliver a standard output which may directly be used by PLC's.

The CPJ conditioner is available in many presentation (mounted on DIN rail, single board, waterproof housing) and is easy to install by using plug-in terminal for connection.

Each CPJ module is able to run up to four 350. strain gauge load cells (4 or 6-wire) and provide a voltage output (0-10V or ±10V) and current output (4-20mA) with 0,05% of accuracy . This new generation of amplifier offers a very simple and practical calibration by using potentiometers and allowing a quick calibration without load.

In addition, an option card with 2 logical output (55V, 400mA) makes it possible the CPJ to manage 2 adjustable set points with hysteresis and latching functions.

Thanks to its modularity and simplicity, the CPJ series offers a costeffective automation solution for use in production equipment.
