eNod3-D: High Speed dosing/filling with eNod3-D
SCAIME, a World leader in load cells and weighing solutions, is introducing the eNod3-D, its new digital dosing controller. eNod3-D is an intelligent signal transmitter dedicated to integration into industrial automated systems. It takes control of all measurements and provides complete dosing/filling process management, unloading PLC resources.
Designed around the latest 24-bit A/D converter, eNod3-D is able to transmit up to 1200 measurements per second with a maximum resolution of 1 million points.
eNod3-D offers functionality dedicated to mono-product dosing/filling. According to parameters sent from a PLC, eNod3-D manages a 2 feed dosing cycle by loading or unloading. Each transmitter is available with 2 digital inputs and 4 outputs in order to control the process.
In order to make setup and calibration procedure easy, SCAIME is also providing the eNodView freeware. A user-friendly application that provides access to a dosing cycle viewer as well as a multi-level digital filtering simulator.
eNod3-D can easily be connected to all kinds of PLC’s with RS485, RS232 and CAN serial ports, using SCMbus (proprietary), MODbus-RTU and CANopen protocols.
Especially designed for dynamic weighing and dosing, eNod3-D offers a real guarantee for manufacturers looking to obtain the best solution for a quick and accurate weighing process of their filling and weighing machines.
