High-performance controller for inductive displacement sensors and gauges
The new inductive induSENSOR MSC7602 and 7802 multi-channel systems open up multiple new application possibilities. For applications in machine building and automation, numerous inductive displacement sensors and gauges from Micro-Epsilon are available which can be easily combined with the new systems.
For displacement measurements and geometrical inspection tasks, the robust and universal MSC7x02 controller series offers a wide application versatility. It is mainly used in automation and machine building tasks. The pricing is particularly of interest in these fields as the controller prices are ideal both for small, medium and higher quantities. With serial applications, customer-specific modifications can be implemented at any time.
Respectively two integrated channels are available. A wide range of LVDT and LDR displacement sensors and gauges can be combined, which are also used for positioning tasks in machine building and automation, for shape and geometrical inspection in the field of quality control, material inspection in test systems, and for clamping stroke measurements.
Equipped either with a plastic or aluminum housing, the controllers are designed for industrial purposes, whether these imply protected installation in a control cabinet or harsh ambient conditions. Data is output via current or voltage outputs and an RS485 interface. These inductive measuring systems stand out due to their high signal and temperature stability and their reliability.
The modern, inductive induSENSOR MSC7602 and 7802 multi-channel systems offer a space-saving solution with installation via a DIN rail for the control cabinet and for the interconnection of up to 32 modules which equates to 64 channels. The controllers are robust and protected to IP67. Sensor parameter setting can be performed via the IF7001 converter which is connected to a PC or the sensorTOOL software. Settings can also be made via keys and LED indicators.
