VeriSens IP 69K vision sensors in stainless steel housing for the food and beverage industry

Baumer VeriSens XF-105 and XF-205 vision sensors are first in the world to incorporate stainless steel housing and washdown design with high IP 69K rating. They are especially tailored to the particular needs of the food and beverage industry.

Even in the food and beverage industry, these vision sensors check objects on several features in parallel, for example in packaging or bottling processes. These IP 69K-protected vision sensors feature the tried-and-tested function range of the VeriSens XF series. They enable up to 19 feature checks in a high-performance manner, including reading text and codes and the patented FEX image processor for stable image evaluation. The configurable web interface runs in the browser of existing machine control systems and allows any necessary adaptations to be made directly in the running process. The VeriSens Application Suite software, standard with all models, enables easy initial configuration. Alternative product variants with infrared illumination and daylight filter eliminate potential ambient light impact in the image processing task and prevent any staff in the operating range from being bothered by flash effects of the integrated illumination.
