Miniature thermal imaging camera for industrial processes
Micro-Epsilon: The thermoIMAGER TIM 160S thermal imaging camera provides precise real-time values in dynamic processes. With a frame rate of 120 Hz, it offers fast measurements surrounded by temperatures up to max. +1500 °C. The camera’s robust design makes it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
With dimensions of just 45 x 45 x 62 mm and a weight of 195 g, the thermoIMAGER TIM 160S is small and lightweight. Therefore, it can be universally used in various thermographic measurements. The camera is precise and reliable in temperature ranges from -20 °C to +900 °C. A high temperature version for up to +1500 °C is also available. The thermoIMAGER TIM 160S offers high thermal sensitivity (NETD) of 0.08 K.
With a frame rate of 120 Hz, this real-time infrared camera is designed for high speed processes. Storage of recordings and snapshots as well as the definition of threshold values via a process interface are incredibly simple. Once a threshold is reached, an alarm is output.
The USB 2.0 interface allows the camera to be connected to a PC for quick start. Connection to other systems is possible via a variety of analog and digital interfaces.
Different exchangeable lenses with 12°, 30°, 55° and 80° are available, which can be selected depending on the distance and the measuring field. For elevated ambient temperatures up to 315 °C, Micro-Epsilon offers a cooling housing.
The miniature universal camera is supplied in a handy carrying case including accessories.
