Jam detector in the system

Pulsotronic completes the product range of tube sensors with the static output signal types.

Tube sensors are applied, where component parts or material streams flow through plastic hoses. The sensors perform counting tasks or detect material jam.

Static tube sensors induce an output signal, as long as material is located in the operating area of the sensor.

Pulsotronic offers tube sensors with dynamic output signal, to capture especially small or fast components. When a particle enters into the operation area of the sensor, a short impulse is triggered at the output. Impulse lengths up to 200ms can be realized.

With the devices of the latest generation static and dynamic functions are available in one sensor. Thus the sensors perform fast counting tasks with single components as well as jam indication in continuous material flow.

Constructional the form-closed, fast and tool-free mounting with cable ties to the tube stood in the foreground of the design development. Beside the integrated M8-connector, Pulsotronic also produces M12-pigtail versions with specific lengths and fixed cable versions.

The currently available inductive devices of the tube sensor family are step-by-step and project-related supplemented by capacitive sensors.
