LiDAR USA Announces STIM300 Integration

Sensonor AS: "LiDAR USA have chosen STIM300 IMU as an alternative to traditional FOG sensor in its systems". The company states "The STIM300 appears to be delivering as promised with nearly FOG-like results".

STIM300 is a cost effective ITAR free IMU solution for systems that only had FOG's as an alternative when reaching for the performance level that STIM300 can offer. STIM300 offers 0.5°/h gyro bias instability, 0.15°/√h angular random walk, 10°/h gyro bias error over temperature gradients, 0.05mg accelerometer bias instability, and axis misalignment of 1mrad. The weight is <0,12 lbs (55g) and volume is <2 cu. in. (33cm3). STIM300 is in regular production.
