Gyro Products:

• Gyro modules

  • A cluster of 1, 2 or 3 high accuracy gyros with RS422 interface and an In-run bias of 0.5°/h (STIM202)

Pressure Products:

A range of small and robust absolute pressure sensors are offered. The whole product range utilizes Sensonor's anodic wafer bonding technology with electrical crossings buried under an epitaxial layer.

  • Pressure dies – The SW400-series is bare dies for absolute pressure sensing:

    • Pressure sensor dies with high bridge resistance optimized for barometric measurement (SW415-B)

    • Pressure sensor dies with high bridge resistance and high sensitivity (SW415-2)

    • Pressure and acceleration sensor dies with excellent non-linearity(SW412-13)

    • Pressure sensor dies featuring low non-linearity over a wide pressure range(SW414-15)
