Transfer measurement data securely

When transmitting measurement data wirelessly, it must be ensured that the values recorded by the sensor arrive at the peripheral devices via the measuring device without interference. By using wireless technology version 4.2, the ALMEMO® measurement technology reliably transmits the measured values. The used frequency hopping method offers high robustness against interferences and coexisting WLAN networks. The partners constantly switch between the available radio channels, with any number of wireless connections working reliably in parallel. Once configured, the connections are automatically (re)established when the device is switched on or when a connection is broken. If the connection to the PC is interrupted, the USB COM interface for the WinControl measuring software is retained. This results in high transmission reliability even for continuous monitoring. On the ALMEMO® module there are control indicators for power supply and status via LEDs. The modules can be used for a direct connection from the ALMEMO® measuring device to the PC and as a connection between several measuring devices. The connection to the PC can be wired or wireless in the case of a radio network. The ALMEMO® wireless connections are delivered paired and ready configured.
