New series of high performance MRUs – easy interface, affordable & compact

Norwegian Subsea’s Motion Reference Units (MRUs) are high performance, compact and affordable MRUs that deliver real-time data at high frequencies up to 500Hz. In a 1,5kg robust package rated for 6000m depth it delivers Roll & Pitch: 0.01 degs, Heading: 0.5 degs, Heave: 5 cm. NORSUB MRUs are developed in close cooperation with demanding global customers operating at large depths with focus reliability and high dynamic accuracy. They come in waterproof, marine housings with Gigabit Ethernet and a wide range of industry standard protocols. NORSUB MRUs perform excellent in dynamic and irregular sea states, which is often a challenge for traditional MRUs.
