4-Day-Workweek – Positive Results

MicroControl has tested the 4-day workweek for the past six months. How did the change affect the employees? What did customers and suppliers say? Were we able to keep up with production and delivery deadlines? Answers to these questions were eagerly awaited.

Now, the results from the Bonn Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, which provided scientific support for the project, have been analyzed and presented to us.

And the result: entirely positive and even better than expected.

Consequently, the 4-day workweek will be continued.
