Appropriate shaft coupling for torque flanges

In order to securely and accurately record torques, the metrology technology specialist HBM is now also providing the appropriate shaft coupling for their series T40 torque flanges.

The robust shaft coupling compensates for any existing radial, axial or angle offset that may arise when the torque flange is installed. The shaft coupling is characterized by high torsional stiffness and, at the same time, a low mass moment of inertia.

As the ROBA-DS shaft coupling is the ideal match for the HBM torque flange, the user can be sure that the torque is correctly applied in the torque flange. If the user purchases both the torque flange and the matching coupling from HBM, there is also an added logistical advantage.
