ProfiMessage – data acquisition, monitoring and control in a single system

ProfiMessage devices perform high-precision data acquisition while simultaneously providing monitoring and automation. A broad scope of functions are available and intuitive configuration procedures enable any task to be quickly and easily implemented. Separate PLC control is unnecessary when using a ProfiMessage device.

The compact, modular devices are suitable for instrument cabinet installation. Rail mountings of 200mm can, for example, accommodate 15 analog inputs and 24 switchable outputs. The system can be extended as required by using slave devices. Universal analog inputs are available as well as analog outputs, digital and frequency inputs, and digital outputs. All measurement and computed values are permanently recorded to an independent, internal data memory. Integrated software channels give users all the functionality they require. ProfiMessage devices can function without PC support and are therefore ideal for long-term measurement procedures and endurance testing.

Electrical power measurement – made simple with ProfiMessage

Electrical power measurement is required when testing motors, frequency converters and other electrical equipment. Voltages, currents, power data and complex characteristic values can be directly acquired with the power measuring unit available from Delphin. The unit is attached via an interface to the ProfiMessage device.

ProfiSignal – visualization, automation and documentation

The ProfiSignal software ideally complements the ProfiMessage device by enabling measurement data to be processed at a PC. Visualization views with all the relevant parameters and information are easy to generate. Testing procedures and recipes are also easy to create. The procedures can then be performed independently within a ProfiMessage device. Online data is portrayed in trend diagrams to enable users to access processing data at any time. No extra software is required for documentation purposes and ProfiSignal is well equipped for the automatic generation of detailed reports at the end of testing.
