Calibration Service for SmartCrash® Barriers
Automobile developers set high quality standards for force measurement in crash tests. Accordingly Kistler now offers an easily customized service program for its SmartCrash barriers. The new mobile calibration test stand covers loads up to 500 kN. Kistler service technicians employ this stand worldwide for regular on-site recalibration. The calibration process can be interrupted at any stage to dovetail with the crash test sequence so it is never delayed. Laborious dismantling of the crash barriers for return to the manufacturer is not necessary.
