DTS Announces Appointments for Two Top-Level Positions
DTS (Diversified Technical Systems, Inc.) has announced the appointment of David Cosgrove to the position of Vice President, Finance Human Resources and Administration, and Nichole Muller as Human Resources and Administration Manager.
Cosgrove takes on the roles of strategic leader working under the guidance of DTS Officers and co-leadership for implementation of a new ERP system. Other responsibilities include applying financial tools to increase sales, developing long range plans for growth and acting as a hands-on resource for all department leads. Cosgrove has extensive experience overseeing business administration and risk management, as well as corporate, operation and cost accounting. He holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from USC and has a strong background in International Business and Economics, with hometown roots in New Jersey.

Muller has over 20 years of experience in organizational development, employee relations, compliance, payroll processing, benefits, recruitment, employee recognition, staff development, training and office management. Her previous positions include nurse, business owner, account manager and corporate trainer. Originally from Houston, Texas, Muller served with the U.S. Air Force as an Aircrew Life Support SAC for five years. Since moving to Southern California, she has been active in numerous community organizations including the Seal Beach Lions Club. She is a past president of SAFE Chapter One and currently on the Board of Directors with the Seal Beach Chamber and Senior Outreach Committee.
