EFT model MSA1000 series accelerometer

The EFT model MSA1000 series accelerometer is one kind of MEMS Variable Capacitance (VC) acceleration sensors. The accelerometers are designed for measurement of from low acceleration (±2g) to low g level shock (±1000g) in aerospace, defense, automotive environments and etc. The internal overrange stops of three directions enable the micro-sensors to withstand high shock (up to 10,000g shock) and acceleration loads, so it is with high reliability.

The MSA1000 series accelerometer can operate from 3 V to 7V and provide a high level, low impedance output. Frequency response is from DC to 5,000Hz and it is with high signal noise ratio when the frequency is down to 0.1Hz.

The MSA1000-2/H is the high quality product in MSA1000 series and the frequency range shows in the following test report. The scale range is ±2g and the frequency response is from DC up to 800Hz(±5%). It is very wide frequency range for this kind of VC MEMS accelerometer with low g level.
