Exergen Global awarded with top ten sensor company award
Even bad times can be good. Exergen Global just received the exciting news that Exergen Global has been given the top ten sensor company award by Enterprise Technology Review.
“This award is especially satisfactory as we specialise in only infrared temperature sensors. The other nominees offer a much broader family of different types of sensors. We feel by being so highly focused on JUST infrared temperature sensors, we do provide solutions which really make a difference as they are extremely accurate and the repeatability is unheard of, said Bram Stalt, CEO of Exergen. "During these challenging COVID19 times, we have focussed on strengthening our complete infrared temperature sensor line. The result was a new evolution of Exergen’s Auto Smart line. Combine this infrared state of the art, accurate infrared temperature sensor together with our unique heat balance technology, made Enterprise Technology Review to acknowledge us as a winner”, he added.
The choice of infrared non-contact sensors has increased over time. Factors like deciding on target temperature range, target material, target size, target distance and ambient temperature without sacrificing the accuracy or price, made Exergen Global widen the AutoSmart family line. With partners a special transmitter (AutoSmart) was designed capable of fully calibrating Exergen’s IRt/c sensors to unprecedented accuracy of 0.1°F or 0,1°C by custom calibration over a very specific range. The big advantage is that OEM vendors can automatically calibrate the sensors themselves at their own manufacturing site.
Last but not least we are very proud to announce that within the coming weeks, new extensions of the AutoSmart product line will be announced.
