Extremely fast measuring light curtains

With the CML 720 series, Leuze electronic is launching a new generation of measuring light curtains onto the market.

Leuze electronic: This light curtain with integrated display is characterized by a response time of 30 µs per beam, thereby detecting the fastest processes in all common industrial applications. With beam spacing of up to 5 mm only, even the smallest changes in dimension can be detected and fine positioning can be realized. Ranges of 6 m and measurement field lengths of up to 3 m enable the measurement of even large objects with maximum performance reserve. The display in the connection head makes a PC unnecessary during commissioning.

An additional special feature is the very small dead zone when cascading several light curtains, as the CML 720 series features optional rear-side mounting of the connection head. This reduces the remaining dead zone to only 23 mm.
