Four-day workweek

MicroControl is introducing a new working time structure. Starting October, we will implement a four-day workweek for a trial period of six months and our offices will remain closed on Fridays.

We made this decision after careful consideration and in close liaison with the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences who will support us during this time.

The main goal of these restructuring measures is to increase job satisfaction and wellbeing of our employees. We believe that a better work-life balance and more leisure time will help our teams to be more productive and creative.

The change will certainly have an impact on you as our customers or suppliers. During the trial period, we are therefore working particularly closely with our customers, suppliers and employees to ensure that the change runs smoothly for everyone involved. We remain committed to providing you with the best service and have already organized our customer service teams to meet your needs as usual.
