FUTEK Introduces A New Handheld Display
FUTEK consistently tries to push the boundaries of innovation. Whether it’s their sensors, instruments or accessories, their goal is to design and manufacture the latest high-tech tools for the test and measurement industry. This time their instruments are making a statement.
Today, they introduce their newest handheld portable digital display, the IHH500. FUTEK has invested two years worth of resources to develop this product. And with the new IHH500 design, it stands to replace the current IHH200, IHH300, and IBT100 FUTEK models.
The key to this display is integration. The IHH500 is easily integrated with FUTEK load cells, torque sensors, and pressure sensors, as well as other manufacturers’ sensors. The IHH500 has an input range up to +/- 500 mV/V, but it can also accept amplified output sensors in the range of +/- 12 VDC or up to 30 mA. It has two individual relays, and two analog voltage and two analog current outputs. And keeping in mind the that users require versatile instruments, FUTEK Electrical Engineers designed this model to support TEDS, which then allows the IHH500 to switch between different sensors. This makes the IHH500 more efficient than other manufacturers’ existing solutions.
Product Features:

Additionally, the IHH500 has a long life expectancy. It uses rechargeable batteries to ensure consistent productivity, and has a battery indicator showing when the instrument is due for a recharge.
All in all, the FUTEK Electrical Engineer Team is proud of the advancements they have made to this portable model and hope that end users find it as practical and effective as they intend for it to be.
