High-resolution video endoscopes for industrial inspection tasks
The new Top-Line series of video endoscopes from Micro-Epsilon Eltrotec offers extremely high photosensitivity and a 5-inch display for the inspection of highly detailed components. The Top-Line video endoscope simplifies the maintenance and inspection of plant and machinery.
Its 6 m probe with fourfold deflection means that the endoscope can be guided into difficult-to-access areas of inspected components. The probe's 4 mm / 6 mm outer diameters enable it to be used in small gaps or openings. Images are displayed clearly due to a new, highly photosensitive CMOS sensor in combination with a 5-inch display. The twofold zoom and mirror imaging features extend the intuitive control functionality. A locking brake of up to 150° can be used to fix the endoscope’s view onto specific areas. A sheath protects the probe in harsh industrial environments. The large viewing angle of 70° provides a comfortable view of the interior of plant and machinery. Accessories now include a 90° prism head and various guide aids. Illumination is provided by a battery-powered, adjustable LED light source with high light intensity, which enable mains-free operation for up to 2.5 hours.
The video endoscope is supplied with a robust aluminum case and includes light source, charging unit, spare batteries, charging station and an SD storage card. Top-Line video endoscopes are designed for advanced industrial inspection tasks and are ideally suited to weld seam inspection of containers and plant construction, as well as for the inspection of cast parts and deposits in pipes.
