High speed Motor testing solutions by MAGTROL

MAGTROL is launching the new WB23 dynamometer able to measure low torque motors (up to 80 mNm) with very high speed (up to 100,000 rpm). The air bearing reaction torque measurement allows high measuring accuracy of + / - 1% full scale. The system integrates torque and speed measurements as well as convection air cooling. It can dissipate 300 watts short term (3 minutes) or 120 Watts continuous. Connected to the DSP 6001 controller, it can be used with the Labview based testing software M-TEST 5.0 offering easy configuration and data acquisition . A removable protection guard guarantees full safety during test.

Next to this 1WB23, Magtrol is also launching the new MEGA SPEED dynamometer dedicated to dental and surgical tools able to run up to 300,000 min-1, in a torque range of 5 to 50mNm.

Both dynamometers complete a range of performing solutions for high speed applications. These newest developments confirm the leadership of MAGTROL in the field of Motor Testing from a few watts to 140 kW.
