Baumer offers a variety of VeriSens® vision sensors starting with the low cost CMOS-based model and ranging to a sensor installed in a robust, IP69K stainless-steel housing for difficult industrial environments. All models have outstanding image quality, ensured by the combination of a high quality image sensor, an integral imaging lens and a precisely aligned illuminator. The compact VeriSens® vision sensors are available with maintenance-free, white or red LED illuminators. The industrial-grade focusing system provides an inspection field-of-view from a few millimeters up to an entire packaging unit. Using the patented FEX® processor, up to 3000 inspections per minute can be performed reliably and reproducibly. Depending upon the VeriSens® model chosen, Ethernet, USB, serial communication or digital IOs are available as an interface using industrial-grade connectors. External illumination modules and mounting aids complete the product portfolio.
