LED light source for endoscopy and image processing
Micro-Epsilon is replacing the LED light source of the Eltrotec endoscopy range with a more powerful model. The new ELTROTEC Endolight FOT LED is an ideal light source for a wide range of applications in industrial imaging processing, automation technology and endoscopy. The new light source offers a high light flux of 300 lm with a typical light color of 6500K. It is designed specifically for small fiber coupling. The fiber optics connection has a diameter of 15mm, making the light source compatible with all fiber optics in the Micro-Epsilon Eltrotec range. The integrated LED light source helps to reduce operating costs via its long service life and low power consumption. Light intensity can be controlled manually using a continuous rotary potentiometer on the front of the device or by remote control through a variety of interfaces. As standard, the rear of the light source has an RS232 interface, as well as an analog, digital and trigger input. If power supply is interrupted, the light source automatically saves the last used settings. To ensure smooth system integration, the compact aluminum housing comes with M4 threaded bars on four sides. Its properties make this new light source an intelligent and powerful LED light source for flexible, single-scale applications at the workplace, as well as for integration into other inspection systems.
