Who's world market leader and who isn't? This question is answered by the cross-industry world market leader index compiled by the University of St. Gallen. In the opinion of study leader Professor Christoph Müller, this includes globally active and successful companies with cutting edge technology, which are often family-managed. This is based on a database of over 1,000 entries of potential world market leaders from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The latest index was announced on November 7 in the German weekly business news magazine Wirtschaftswoche.
