Modular, flexible, remotely expandable and freely configurable near-field telemetry for all common sensor types with 24 bit

MasterMind – The new development from MANNER offers our customers the greatest possible flexibility. Measurement tasks of measurement engineers in the rotating range are very diverse - in addition to special power-saving and smallest design requirements. To enable a "one fits all" approach, MANNER has now developed a completely configurable measuring amplifier with individual channel expandability.

Variables such as torque, strain, pressure, axial force or even temperatures with PT 100 or thermocouples can be freely configured by the customer with the new amplifier. Without any effort, the system can be used with 8, 12 or 16 or more measuring channels and different sensors instead of 1-4.

Using the software, the respective sensor for the respective channel can be selected and parameterised remotely. The user can select from a variety of sensor types (half, full, quarter bridge, insulated and non-insulated thermocouples, RTD sensor, etc.) and has the option of performing the hardware tests. The desired sampling rate or the acquired signal bandwidth of the measurement signals can also be freely selected. This means that filter frequencies can be selected as required and annoying interfering signals can be suppressed.

In the compact 4-channel design, the system can be ordered in standard enclosures as well as in customised enclosures. Flexible interconnection via the master module controls the other modules.

The concept is rounded off by our new MAcquisition measuring, configuration, data acquisition, monitoring and data analysis software. Conveniently, the connection is also displayed when configuring the sensor type, thus offering the highest level of user comfort.
