Mounting adapter for precise two-sided thickness measurements

The JMA-Thickness mounting adapters align confocal chromatic sensors as well as interferometers from Micro-Epsilon with absolute precision for two-sided thickness measurements. This makes the results even more accurate and the measuring points can be aligned congruently by fine adjustment.

To achieve even more precise results for two-sided thickness measurements, Micro-Epsilon has developed the JMA-Thickness mounting adapter for confocal chromatic sensors and interferometers. This enables the exact and congruent alignment of the measuring points.

In addition to the high accuracy provided, the advantages also come from simple and fast attachment of the sensors. Once the alignment is complete, the measuring system can be installed in the plant and the mounting plate can be removed. Unintentional adjustment of the mounting adapter is not possible.
