New Baumer site established in Mexico

The Baumer Group, a leading manufacturer of sensors, encoders, measurement instruments and automated imaging components, has opened up a new subsidiary in Mexico. “As a trusted sensor solutions partner, Baumer strives to maintain very close connections with customers through its global presence. With the opening of our own representation in Mexico we will be even closer to our local and global customers as their partner of choice”, states Oliver Vietze, CEO and Chairman of the Baumer Group headquartered in Switzerland.

The Baumer Mexico team is led by General Manager Igor Pinto, who has more than 25 years of management experience in the manufacturing and packaging industries. With a dedicated team of industry and sales experts, Baumer will bring the full potential of their outstanding sensor and machine vision portfolio to the Mexican market.

With the new office in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico, Baumer is now present in 19 countries around the world, operating 39 development centers, production sites and sales units.
