New financing rounds for SENSeOR
Trust in promising development and technology
SENSeOR closed during the summer a year-long financing campaign which allowed to rise 1.4M€, summing up to a total of 2.1M€ raised since the company creation in February 2006.
In June 2007, VIZILLE CAPITAL INNOVATION - VCI, SUDINNOVA - SOCIETE FINANCIERE D’INNOVATION DU SUD-EST and PRIMAVERIS enter SENSeOR’s capital.
In June 2009, SUCCES EUROPE and Jan LOEBER enter SENSeOR’s capital, while historical investors (VIZILLE CAPITAL INNOVATION, SUDINNOVA and PRIMAVERIS) renew their trust participating at this new financing round. SENSeOR thus benefits from a capital increase of 812.000 €.
In February 2010, ITALIAN ANGELS FOR GROWTH – IAG (FIDUCIARIA ITALIA) enter SENSeOR’s capital. The Italian group invests 210.000 € to participate in SENSeOR’s development.
Finally, in June 2010, AVANCE EUROPE and E ILE DE FRANCE enter SENSeOR’s capital. This operation allows SENSeOR to rise 400.000€ more to speed up its industrialization program, develop the product portfolio and increase exportations.
For these financing rounds, SENSeOR was advised by Nicolas IVALDI - LEGIPOLIS.
Strong with this renewed trust; SENSeOR pursues developing temperature sensors to expand its available product portfolio (high temperatures, cryogenic sensors, calibration-free sensors). SENSeOR also invests heavily in pressure and stress sensors developments to answer the growing needs of customers from various industries: energy, transportation, aeronautics, appliances or healthcare.
Focused since its creation in 2006 on Research and Development and selling in France to strategic customers, SENSeOR now strengthen its sales worldwide, with two dedicated Sales Directors. SENSeOR’s German subsidiary was created in November 2009, and distribution agreements are signed with partners in Germany, Italy and the US.
