PCB Piezotronics Introduces ICP® Sensor Simulator
Depew, New York, USA – March 27, 2009 – PCB Piezotronics has introduced a new ICP® sensor simulator Model 401B04 ICP® sensor simulator installs in place of an ICP® sensor and accepts test signals from a voltage function generator. This product allows test engineers to make sure the entire measuring chain consisting of cable, ICP® or IEPE signal conditioning, and data acquisition system is set up properly and ready to take measurements; which is especially important when the cost of running a test is very expensive. The also unit serves to verify signal conditioning settings, cable integrity, and tune long lines for optimum system performance and is powered by any ICP® or IEPE sensor signal conditioner.
