Seminars on the topic of force measurement technology

21 February 2011

The metrology technology specialist HBM is now also offering seminars covering force measurement technology at their HBM Academy and can therefore position themselves as a comprehensive expert in this field.

The company offers, in addition to a large selection of force transducers, a complete service from calibration to training. The target groups for the seminars are users of force measurement technology in production, and also in research and development.

The selection, correct installation and connection of force transducers requires theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The one-day seminars offer useful information in this field for users of force measurement technology.

HBM experts impart essential know-how and comprehensive knowledge covering force measurement technology. The seminars do not just cover the theoretical principles - the seminar participants also carry out practical exercises in which they can directly apply what they have just learnt. The seminars therefore offer extremely high field experience.

On the basis of the seminar contents, the participants can confidently select the appropriate transducer, install it correctly and then operate it. In addition, the participants learn how to estimate the accuracy of a complete measurement chain. The seminars take place at the HBM Academy Application and Training Center in Darmstadt.

Alternatively, the HBM specialists can also come to the customer and hold the seminars on site.

The complete program available at the HBM Academy, which offers numerous other subjects in addition to force measurement technology, can be found at www.hbm.com/en/menu/seminars.
