SENSOR+TEST 2007: JENCOLOR presents itself in a new form – Stand 328 in Hall 7

MAZeT GmbH, a leading system manufacturer for industrial electronics, and JENCOLOR color sensors present JENCOLOR in a new design. The clear and convincing appearance mirrors the comprehensive service offerings from A to Z – development of applications for innovative products as well as performance-oriented series production. From the 22nd to the 24th of May, 2007 at stand 328 in Hall 7 at the SENSOR + TEST 2007 trade fair in Nuremberg, MAZeT will show off its newest developments, True Color sensors and function boards as well as customer-specific know-how in the applications of spectral analysis.

The Brand JENCOLOR stands for:

• JENCOLOR - means customer-specific solutions and standard products for spectral selective sensor devices.
• JENCOLOR - means color sensors made to resist obsolescence and remain stable at a range of temperatures, color sensors which reflect the color sensitivity of the human eye - color measurement according to DIN 5033 / CIE LAB standard.
• JENCOLOR - is a brand name for cooperation of innovative development by the company MAZeT and high performance manufacture by the company Jenoptik Polymer Systems, at the service of their customers.

JENCOLOR - CBM Library for True Color software development

In Nuremberg MAZeT will demonstrate for the first time a development system and software library for spectral analysis and color measurement norm controls. The library contains linked routines for sensor steering, interfaces, sensor signal evaluation, algorithms for calibration and spectral calculation as well as complete use-specific tools. Based on this verified software, product development saves time and development time, and can achieve a short time-to-market cycle. All sensor routines of the library correspond to the special filters of the MAZeT sensors, which comply with the spectral evaluation function standard DIN 5033. A calibration of the sensors guarantees their synchronization. Due to the durable and temperature stable interference filters, the filters and sensors do not change their parameters in the course of the devices’ life span. Thus recalibration in the factory is not necessary for the item’s whole life.

Expanded demonstrators for LED regulation

MAZeT shows a demonstrator for the exact regulation LED color. This device functions based on the proven JENCOLOR True Color Sensor MTCSiCS by MAZeT. This presentation shows LED regulation which allows an adjustment of the LED mixed colors to a degree that does not allow the human eye to recognize a difference.
