Guido Frohnhaus Is Leaving the Turck Group
Industry insider Joachim Göddertz is taking over the management on an interim basis
Mülheim, February 7, 2019 – After many years of successful work, Guido Frohnhaus will at his own request resign from his management position in the Turck Holding GmbH and Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG and leave the Turck Group at the end of February, 2019. A replacement for him in the management will be found during the course of 2019 by the supervisory board and in consultation with the shareholders. For the transitional period Joachim Göddertz has taken over the management on an interim basis.
“Joachim Göddertz is an experienced manager and recognized automation expert, who with his know-how will help us to advance with the forthcoming restructuring of the technology sector in the Turck Group,” said Hans Sondermann, chairman of the supervisory board of the Turck Holding GmbH, of this change in personnel.
Together with the two managing directors of the Turck Holding GmbH, Christian Wolf (Sales & Marketing) and Christian Pauli (Finance, IT & Personnel), Joachim Göddertz will further prepare the company this year for the challenges associated with increasing industrial digitalization.
