Three-axle measurement display for lathes and milling machines in a complete set

SIKO GmbH: The KIT_MA523/1 complete set contains the new MA523/1 three-axle measurement display along with a holder, adapter and the magnet sensors and magnetic strip that go with it.

The KIT_MA523/1 is excellent for all applications in which three axles are to be measured incrementally. This allows existing equipment, especially lathes and milling machines, to be easily retrofitted. All of the components are easy to install.

With its new LCD graphic display, the MA523/1 measurement display offers optimal readability under any condition. The display parameters can be individually programmed via the control keys and rotary control. Three incremental inputs for the familiar MS100/1 and MS500 magnetic sensors are available for distance measurement. The sensors to be used are selected based on the required precision of the measurement. There is also a PNP input for rpm measurements.

Installing the kit could hardly be easier:
The display can be directly mounted to the machine body with the magnetic holder that is included in the kit. The adapter for the power supply is also included.

The magnetic sensors are easily secured in place with screws. The magnetic strip is simply taped to the machine.
