Colibrys consolidates its presence in the Indian market

Neuchâtel, 6 September, 2012, Neuchatel, Switzerland: Colibrys (Switzerland) Ltd. has appointed Zetatek as new Indian distributor dedicated mainly to the Mil/Aerospace and Industrial markets.

Advanced MEMS motion sensors are increasingly used in the wide range of existing and new high precision and harsh environment applications. The growing demand within India for indigenously manufactured avionic and industrial systems is in turn creating significant opportunities for specialized sensors into the Indian market.

Colibrys is one of the world leaders in the development and manufacture of extremely high precision MEMS accelerometers which have revolutionized the design and performance of avionic and industrial systems ranging from inertial navigation, precision tilt measurements, industrial instrumentation and test, condition monitoring to national seismic mapping and oil/gas exploration.
