Adhesive simply sticks strain gages

HBM’s hot-curing EP150 epoxy resin is supplied ready for use and is applied directly using a brush integrated in the screw cap. The adhesive can also be sprayed in mass production applications, for example, in transducer manufacturing.

EP150 is a one-component resin unlike most other epoxy resins that require additional time to mix different components before they can be applied.

EP150 has very low viscosity and is very effective. Only a small amount is applied which forms a very thin, uniform layer of adhesive that properly bonds strain gages.

EP150 is used at temperatures ranging from -70°C to +150°C. Two different packages are available: 2x30ml (1-EP150) and 10x20ml (1-EP150-GP).
