SOLID-4E Safety Light Curtain now provided in 14 mm resolution

With the 14 mm resolution, users can now realize a reliable hand and finger protection with SOLID-4E, and use all the standard advantages of this Safety Light Curtain.

Leuze: Type 4 safety light curtains in accordance with IEC/EN 61496 meet the core requirements of cost-effectiveness, high immunity against EMC disturbances, robustness and longevity. Protected by a torsion-ally rigid and robust profile housing and their M12 industrial standard-ized connection technology, the SOLID-4E light curtains also bear up to extremely harsh industrial conditions.

Two adjustable different light beam codings prevent optical cross-talking between neighboring devices and maintenance-free OSSD semiconductor outputs provide trouble-free operation. In addition to the integrated standard functions, restart interlock and relay monitoring, the intelligent interface devices of the MSI series are also available for flexible function extensions, such as, muting, single/double break, or connecting safety switches.
