The sensor people from Leuze electronic celebrate their 10-year anniversary in Istanbul

Owen, April 5, 2019 – The mood is festive with the Turkish sensor people of Leuze electronic. They are celebrating the 10-year anniversary of their subsidiary in Istanbul, Turkey. Tolga Corman, Managing Director of the Leuze subsidiary on-site, is proud of his team. Together, they have accomplished a great deal in the past 10 years. Not only have sales and the acquired market share increased but the team itself has grown considerably as well: more than 30 employees are now part of Tolga Corman’s successful team. They are in daily contact with their customers, partners and colleagues at the head office of the optical sensor manufacturer in Owen/Teck (Germany). The family company was established there in 1963. “It is important for us to continue to grow and further increase our market share in Turkey,” says Corman. “Growth means success, and success is a result of mentality and company culture. Team spirit is essential for approaching the numerous new topics and challenges positively and actively,” he explains. On the occasion of the 10-year anniversary, a celebration was held at WIN EURASIA – the leading trade fair of the manufacturing industry – in Istanbul from March 14 to 17. Present at the event was Matthias Höhl, Vice President Asia, who is responsible at Leuze electronic for all Asian countries, including Turkey. He, too, greatly praised the Turkish team and its team spirit: “When the Turkish subsidiary was founded 10 years ago, there were just three employees, and today there are 31,” said Höhl. “Congratulations to our colleagues in Turkey. Keep up the great work!”
