Capacitive Proximity Sensor Resists Abrasion
16 December 2011
RECHNER: Abrasive wear caused by contact with products such as sand, grain or plastic shreds, damages the active surface of many standard capacitive proximity sensors, and finally destroys the sensor. Rechner Sensors offer sensors where the active surface is ceramic making them ideal for applications that involve the level control of such abrasive bulk material.
These sensors are available in body sizes M30 x 1,5 and M32 x 1,5.
