capaNCDT: New catalogue now online
With the brand new brochure, Micro-Epsilon presents numerous possibilities to measure displacement, distance and position using capacitive sensors.
Capacitive sensors use a highly stable measurement technique for displacement and distance measurement. These sensors stand out due to their sub-nanometre resolution, unmatched signal stability and a wide temperature range from -270°C to +270°C. In the new catalogue, users will find different series for the respective application: from the compact capaNCDT 6110 to the modular capaNCDT 6200 measurement system and the capaNCDT 6500 high-performance series.
Compactness and user-friendly handling make the capaNCDT 6110 sensor suitable for measuring displacement, distance and position in a diverse range of applications, from test cells to highly automated environments. The compact controller stands out due its high performance and low cost, which makes it particularly suitable for OEMs and high volume applications.
The modular capaNCDT 6200 controller can be enlarged to a maximum of 4 measurement channels. The additional channels can be added or removed by the user without any loss of performance or operation of the software.
The capacitive capaNCDT 6500 multi-channel measurement system is designed for maximum resolution providing high accuracy and resolutions to one-hundredths of a nanometre. Numerous application examples, technical tips and specific applications out from the semi-conductor industry to the production of thin films are also featured in the catalogue.
