Increased productivity with the new software "INDUSTRYmonitor"

Darmstadt - Industrial production systems must be easy to operate and their functions easy to monitor. The new software "INDUSTRYmonitor" was developed by HBM precisely for this purpose. It enables a more efficient utilization of the HBM press-fit controller FASTpress and the switch checker EASY-switch.

The "INDUSTRYmonitor" is used for process data acquisition, visualization and data storage, and can be operated on Microsoft Windows-based industrial PC's and operator panels. Both stationary applications on site in production systems or machines and mobile service and diagnostic terminals can be incorporated. It makes no difference whether these systems are wired (e.g. line PC or industrial PC) or wireless (e.g. WLAN, WiFI).

New functions for the transmission of workpiece name and component identification are integrated and can be read in via Bus interfaces (CAN, Profibus, Ethernet) or barcode scanners (USB). The INDUSTRYmonitor is operated via an Ethernet network with up to 12 process controllers. Cycle times measured in seconds with display and storage of process data in the background can be realized. The displays and functions can be adapted to the individual requirements of the production process as well as the country and operator. This is advantageous for globally active companies.
