New General Manager at Leuze electronic AG, Switzerland

As of May, the Swiss subsidiary of Leuze electronic in Flurlingen, in the Canton of Zurich, has a new managing director, Jean-Claude Schmid.

Owen, July 26, 2019 – Jean-Claude Schmid is the new Managing Director of the Swiss subsidiary of Leuze electronic. The subsidiary is located in Flurlingen, in the Canton of Zurich. Schmid is now responsible for the German-, French- as well as Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland. As an experienced sales manager in the OEM industry and in the switchgears sector, the new member of the sensor people brings along extensive knowledge in the area of automation technology. Furthermore, the polyglot has many years of experience in both sales and management. He reports directly to Vice President Europe of Leuze electronic, Salvatore Buccheri. "With Jean-Claude Schmid we are pleased to gain an experienced automation engineer, who will further expand our distribution and sales activities in all of Switzerland," says Buccheri, who also wishes the new member of the sensor people a good start.
