Precise laser sensors for automation
Demanding automation tasks such as automotive production, 3D printing and robotics applications can be solved with the highest precision using optoNCDT 1900 laser sensors. The latest models provide information on displacement, distance and position and ensure an even wider variety of applications. They are ideal for measurements tasks that require compact high precision sensors with a fast measuring rate.
The new optoNCDT 1900 models with laser point cover measuring ranges from 2 mm to 500 mm. They are also used in coordinate measuring machines and in 3D printing.
For demanding measurement tasks, Micro-Epsilon offers laser sensors with a laser line (LL) for metallic and structured surfaces. Their small, oval-shaped light spot compensates for the slightest unevenness of the surface. The new models now cover measurements from 2 mm to 25 mm. These dynamic sensors impress with their compact design, high application versatility and precise measurement results.
The Advanced Surface Compensation feature ensures optimal exposure control on both simple and challenging surfaces. The sensor offers high resistance to ambient light. Two-step measurement averaging ensures the highest stability and a precise signal course even at steps and edges.
