Mobile level control

SONOTEC: With the SONOCONTROLmobil it is possible to identify the filling level of vessels, pipes or bottles through their non-transparent walls easily and fast. The mobile ultrasonic sensor enables the detection of liquid levels in pipes or containers, which have a diameter between 200 and 1000 mm. The system can be used for the control of liquids and liquid gases. The sensor differentiates reliably between liquids and air/gas.

The user friendly and mobile device can be applied for the control of filling levels after filling procedures as well as for service controls of bottles, containers and pipes. There is no process interruption since openings of systems or removals of bottles for weightings are no longer necessary:

• control of bottles filled with fire extinguishant
• level control of containers filled with aggressive fluid chemicals or diesel/fuel oil
• control of coolant tanks
• function control of installed level control devices
