Spot on: SoundPipe for zws Sensor

microsonic: With its SoundPipe the zws-15 sensor measures levels in the smallest of openings.

The SoundPipe can be used with each and every zws-15 sensor. It directs sound to the measuring point and thus measurements can be taken in drill holes and openings with diameters under 3 mm. Since the zws-15 sensor blind zone is inside the SoundPipe, measurements can be taken directly as from the sound outlet opening.

The tightly bundled sound field is brought directly to the measuring point. A typical field of application is measuring levels in microplate wells which are used in medical analysis technology. The SoundPipe can be directly positioned over the opening; this makes an exact measurement possible. The attachment can also be used in scanning gaps of only a few millimetres in width between two objects.
